Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PepProtocol, an application and website operated by Evergoods Holdings. By downloading, accessing, or using PepProtocol, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

iOS Users

If you access PepProtocol through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this agreement is between you and Evergoods Holdings only, and not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for PepProtocol or its content.

Legal Eligibility

• You are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargoes or sanctions.
• You are not listed on any U.S. government restricted or prohibited parties list.
• You are legally able to enter into these Terms.

PepProtocol is a Health & Fitness app that provides tools designed to help users log GLP-1 medication doses, symptoms, side effects, weight progress, notes, and reminders. PepProtocol also provides personal protocols, private editable references, measurement tools based on your inputs, nutrition and water tracking, and optional AI features. No PepProtocol account is required.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PepProtocol solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

PepProtocol does not require an app account. You are responsible for securing your device, entering accurate records, and keeping backups you need.

Templates are attributed references that you may copy and edit privately. They do not select or recommend a dose, route, cadence, treatment, or supplier.

You agree to use PepProtocol responsibly and lawfully. You may not:

• Upload or share illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Attempt to disrupt, compromise, or bypass security.
• Use PepProtocol for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or systems.

You retain ownership of the health, wellness, notes, and other information you choose to enter into PepProtocol.

Basic tracking remains free. New users receive a 14-day Premium preview in the app, without payment or an automatic charge. Premium subscriptions are optional and automatically renew only after you explicitly confirm a purchase through Apple.

Important: Deleting the app or your records does not cancel an active subscription. You must cancel separately through your Apple ID to avoid future charges.

PepProtocol, including its software, design, branding, content, and related materials, is owned by Evergoods Holdings or its licensors.

Your use of PepProtocol is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information.

PepProtocol is a tracking and reminder tool only. PepProtocol does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PepProtocol is provided “as is” and “as available.”

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Evergoods Holdings from claims arising out of your use of PepProtocol or your violation of these Terms.

You can stop using PepProtocol and delete local records or app data. Deleting records or ending use does not cancel active subscriptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Evergoods Holdings is organized.

We provide notices relevant to the service and contact details you choose to supply.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of PepProtocol after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
